From Single Columns to One Lift: Inside the Workshop

A row of yellow-and-blue columns stands in the workshop — these are the individual units of a mobile wheel-engaging truck lift. Since the lift needs no foundation and grips the tires instead of the chassis, each column is assembled and adjusted on its own: arm travel and screw locks are set one by one. Columns are then grouped by axle count, numbered, and synchronized so they rise and stop together. No pit, no embedded anchors — a level hardened floor is enough for a final no-load test lift. Every column has to pass alone before it becomes part of a set.
