Recently, leaders from a university in Yantai visited our factory to conduct an inspection and research on deepening school-enterprise cooperation and jointly building a high-quality employment internship base.
The research team went deep into the production workshop and technology R&D exhibition area, gaining a detailed understanding of our factory's technical advantages, production processes, and talent demand status in the field of specialized equipment manufacturing. The university leaders provided positive recognition of the factory's standardized management model, solid technological capabilities, and clear development plan. They also offered forward-looking suggestions on how to integrate industrial practice into the teaching system and enhance students' adaptability to job roles.
During the subsequent conversation, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as the curriculum embedding mechanism for the internship base, the dual-mentor training model, practical safety guarantees, and long-term cooperation planning. The university side expressed hope to rely on the real production scenarios and technical resources of our factory to jointly create a practical teaching platform that meets industry needs, cultivating students' ability to solve real engineering problems. Our factory stated that it will fully provide job resources and technical guidance to help students achieve effective transitions from theory to application and from learning to employment.
This inspection has laid a solid foundation for both parties to further implement the integration of industry and education and collaborative talent cultivation.
